Working Conditions and Job Satisfaction of GPs: Findings from the Fifth National GP Worklife Survey
In the autumn of 2008, NPCRDC undertook the fifth in its series of national GP surveys examining working conditions and job satisfaction.
This report provides key findings on working conditions and job satisfaction from this survey and compares these to figures from the previous surveys, which span the last decade. The survey has both a crosssectional and a longitudinal element.
